Tim Rose Ciwfm

Tim Rose has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Tim started their career as the President of the Students' Union at the University of Surrey before moving on to become the General Manager of the University of Surrey Students' Union. Tim then transitioned into a Facilities/PFI Manager role at Sussex Police, where they were responsible for managing the police estate and various contracts. Tim then worked as a Facilities Manager at Friends Life UK, overseeing building management, maintenance, and projects. Following this, they held the position of Senior Facilities, ES&H - EuMEA Regional Manager at Collins Aerospace, where they were responsible for facilities, environmental, and health and safety across multiple locations. Currently, Tim holds the role of Vice President - Global Facilities Management at Elekta, where they are in charge of overseeing global sites and FM services, ensuring optimal office and manufacturing locations to meet business needs.

Tim Rose CIWFM attended Guildford College of Higher Education from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance. Prior to that, from 1982 to 1987, they were a student at Bishop Reindorp School in Guildford.
