Trevor Sparkes

Trevor Sparkes is an experienced Senior Programme Manager in People Development at Elekta since October 2021, following a role as Director of Clinical Product Development, Learning & Education at Affidea from April 2018 to October 2021. Prior to these positions, Trevor held various roles at Isocentre Limited, including Managing Director, and served at Elekta in multiple capacities from January 2011 to June 2017. Trevor's earlier experience includes a Training Officer role in the Royal Air Force from 2002 to 2011 and a Training Consultant role with the Ministry of Defence from 2008 to 2010. Trevor holds an MSc in Training and Performance Management from the University of Leicester and a Post Graduate Diploma in Biomedical Science from the University of Portsmouth.
