Tyler Hein

Tyler Hein has extensive experience in software service operations and support, currently serving as the Head of Software Service Operations Design at Elekta since March 2017, where roles have also included Cloud Support Manager and Support Manager. Prior to this, Tyler worked at ROI Healthcare Solutions, LLC as a System Analyst Legacy Support for Mosaiq Oncology Software from April 2015 to March 2017 and held the position of Product Support Specialist at Elekta from April 2013 to March 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as a Network and System Administrator at LGE Community Credit Union from June 2011 to April 2013. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Georgia State University, with previous studies at Auburn University.
