Claudia Bundschu

Claudia Bundschu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in HR project management and business partnership across various organizations. Currently serving as Leiterin HR-Projekte / HR Business Partner at EKZ since February 2023, Claudia is responsible for overarching HR projects and actively collaborates with line managers on strategic and operational HR processes. Prior roles include Senior HR Business Partner at Universitätspital Zürich, and extensive project and HR management experience at SV Group and Raiffeisen, where Claudia led teams, managed change initiatives, and developed training programs. Claudia holds a Master's degree in HRM from ZHAW IAP and has obtained several certifications, including as a certified project manager and coach.
