Mattias Gienal

Mattias Gienal is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Marketing Director at Elektrizitätswerke des Kantons Zürich (EKZ) since July 2020, Mattias oversees both B2B and B2C marketing teams. Previously, as Chief Marketing Officer at ecocoach AG from April 2018 to June 2020, Mattias played a pivotal role in establishing a technology start-up focused on digital energy solutions and electromobility. Additional significant experience includes positions at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, where responsibilities spanned multiple leadership roles in sales and marketing from June 2005 to December 2017, and work at Unilever and Hewlett-Packard early in the career. Mattias holds a Diplom-Ingenieurin in Industrial Management and Manufacturing from ETH Zürich.
