Fabian Kägi

Fabian Koch is an experienced professional currently serving as a Product Owner for Claims and Agile Product Manager at Baloise CH since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing digital self-service products and leading cross-functional teams in the development of innovative solutions using agile methodologies. Before Baloise, Fabian co-founded Shiftli, a venture aimed at transforming work planning in the health sector, and held positions in business development and online marketing at audibene GmbH, where strategic initiatives in the Swiss market were executed. Early career experiences include internships at Credit Suisse and Banca dello Stato del Cantone Ticino, complemented by part-time work at HARMAN International. Fabian holds a Master of Arts in Business Innovation and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen, with additional international education in Malaysia and Italy.
