Jochen Schoof

Jochen Schoof has extensive experience in the automotive software industry, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Elektrobit since October 1998, previously holding the position of Head of Executive Office. Responsibilities include overseeing the Executive Office and Internal Communication with a focus on transformation initiatives. Jochen has also held various leadership roles at Elektrobit, including VP of Internal Communication, VP of Head of Operational Excellence, and VP ECU Software & Tools, where activities were focused on automotive electronic control units (ECUs) and AUTOSAR solutions. Prior to Elektrobit, Jochen was a (Senior) Consultant and (Senior) Software Engineer, as well as a Visiting Instructor at the University of Würzburg, where lectures on case studies in operating systems were delivered. Academic achievements include a PhD and Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
