Ulrike Steiger

Ulrike Steiger has extensive work experience in various roles in the field of human resources and coaching. Ulrike served as a Leadership Coach at Orientierungscoaching from 2022, focusing on developing leadership skills. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of HR EB Austria at Elektrobit from 2016, where they were responsible for HR functions. Ulrike also worked as an HR Manager at Koessler GmbH & Co KG - A Voith & Siemens Company from 2012 to 2016. Ulrike'searlier career includes working as a Professional Placement Consultant Engineering at ManpowerGroup from 2008 to 2012, where they specialized in placement services for engineering professionals.

Ulrike Steiger obtained a MSc in International Industrial Engineering from Fachhochschule Technikum Wien in the years 2004 to 2009. In 2011, they completed an MBA in General Management at Schumpeter Institute WWEDU in Wels, Austria. In 2021 to 2022, they pursued a Business Coach certification in ISO 17024 at WIFI Wien. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Coach through ISO/IEC 17024 in October 2022 from SystemCERT Zertifizierungsges.m.b.H. Ulrike Steiger is currently enrolled in a program on Organisationsentwicklung systemisch at Wiener Akademie für Organisationsentwicklung, set to be completed in 2023.
