Chad Whiteman

Chad Whiteman has been working in the healthcare industry since 2015. Chad began their career as a Patient Services Coordinator at TriWest Healthcare Alliance. In 2018, they joined CoreSource, now Trustmark Health Benefits, as an Implementation Coordinator, where they assisted the Implementation Manager in onboarding new clients with vendor and product set up, form and document tracking, and assisting with weekly status reports. Chad also communicated status on escalated issues and tracked client renewals and plan changes. In 2020, Chad joined Medefy Health as a Health Plan Analyst/Implementation and Customer Success, where they created and maintained knowledgebases for care teams, setup and managed screens and modules for client facing mobile applications, trained departments on new clients being onboarded, and assisted with escalated issues as needed. Currently, Chad is working as a Customer Success Coordinator at Elemeno Health.

Chad Whiteman received an Associates degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Spartan College of Aeronautics and Technology in 1991. Chad also received an Associates in Communication Electronics from the same college in 1991.
