Keller Masnyk has had a varied work experience. In 2016 and 2017, they were an Apache Specialist at Camp Laurel. In 2018, they were an Journalism Intern at Pattern Magazine, where they reported on Indianapolis' growing creative community for the magazine's digital and print formats, led a content marketing project for a local commercial real estate development company, and contributed to social media feeds. In 2019, they were a Marketing and Communications Intern (Postgrad) at THE PLAID AGENCY, where they handled copywriting, video editing, photo editing, and web development responsibilities. In 2020, they were a Content Producer at Ria Money Transfer, where they managed content on the Ria Money Transfer website and app in conjunction with Marketing, Product, and Design teams, drove expansion and localization efforts by handling content translations into more than 40 languages, and wrote and edited customer-facing blog and help center articles. Keller was also a Jr. Content Producer at Ria Money Transfer, where they created and maintained content on the Ria Money Transfer website and app in collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Design teams, wrote and edited copy for display ads and sponsored social media posts, and researched, wrote, and edited blog posts. Currently, they are a Manager of Content Production and Content Producer at Elemeno Health, where they produce a variety of bite-sized, clinical content for hospitals and healthcare systems, designs and codes interactive self-assessments, audits, checklists, and algorithms using JSON, and edits, subtitles, and uploads video content with Final Cut Pro.
