Adam Fries is currently the Manager of Engineering Operations R&D at Element Biosciences. Prior to their current role, Adam worked at Illumina as a Senior Systems Engineer II and as a Development Engineer. Adam has a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from UC Irvine and extensive experience in product development cycles of DNA sequencers, root cause analysis, procedural documentation, and experimental setup design. With a background in engineering and research, Adam has showcased their skills in various industries such as healthcare, laboratories, and biosciences.
