David has more than 20 years of experience as a lawyer representing companies on the cutting edge of technological innovation. Before joining Element as General Counsel, David was a Senior Director in Apple’s legal department, heading up its worldwide intellectual property litigation group for 11 years. Before Apple, David was a partner at Morrison Foerster, representing a diverse array of high-tech clients.
David has a BA in Government from Dartmouth College and a JD from Harvard Law School.
