Lamia Dalichaouch

Lamia Dalichaouch is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and compliance. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Commercial Legal & Compliance at Element Biosciences since June 2021, Lamia previously held the position of Sr. Manager, Corporate Counsel at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where legal counsel was provided for key business units and senior leadership. Prior roles include legal support for various business sectors at Sony Electronics and Jenny Craig, focusing on commercial operations and legal issues, as well as serving as a Contract Attorney for a non-profit housing organization. Lamia began legal training as a judicial extern at the California Court of Appeal. Dalichaouch holds a JD from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UCLA.
