Kim Cullion

Kim Cullion is a highly skilled Staff Engineer and UX/UI Designer at Element Biosciences since August 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Engineer II within the same specialization. Prior experience includes serving as Senior UX/UI Designer at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research, where contributions were made to user-centric design through user stories and feedback while collaborating with product owners and bioinformaticians. Kim's design initiatives enhanced research collaboration and efficiency within the informatics and bio-computing departments. Earlier experience at design lab involved developing purposeful digital experiences over a span of seven years. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Pure Mathematics and Visual Arts from Western University and has furthered education through various programs, including training at The Second City Training Center of Toronto and the Nielsen Norman Group.
