Kristen Aguinaldo

Kristen Aguinaldo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and scientific research. Currently serving as Associate Director of Program Management at Element Biosciences since September 2024, Kristen previously held the role of Senior Program Manager at Ultima Genomics from December 2021 to October 2024. Prior to that, Kristen worked for Thermo Fisher Scientific for a decade in various positions including Staff Program Manager and Senior Project Manager, as well as R&D Scientist roles. Early career experience includes an internship at Invitrogen and volunteer positions as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at San Diego State University. Kristen holds a Master of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology, both from San Diego State University.
