Vincent Njoroge

Vincent is the Managing Director for the Africa Region of Element Blue. Vincent previously led the regional office of IBM Global Business Services, as Associate Partner and GBS Leader East Africa. He has more than 17 years of experience in business and IT consulting, with expertise in business strategy, business development, product management and software development. Vincent first joined IBM GBS as a Managing Consultant where he led teams to provide strategic collaboration solutions and specialized in building portal solutions for Fortune 100 companies in industries including financial services, manufacturing, and oil & gas services.

Prior to his return to Nairobi, He was Director of Client Services and Director of Video for AOL’s Advertising division. In this role he handled sales and client management as well as technical integration support and advising on strategies for monetization of video content. He has made frequent public appearances at industry conferences and at events worldwide.
