Francis Lerona has been in the design industry since 1999. Francis began their career as a Graphic Designer at Whittman-Hart/marchFIRST, where they assisted in the execution and maintenance of designs for Apple, including brochures, iMac posters, and web. Francis then moved to Primo Angeli Inc, where they worked on designs and initial concepts for accounts such as Trident White, Ben and Jerrys, Silk Soy Milk, and Disney. In 2001, Francis began working for Fox Head, Inc. as a Design Manager, Art Director, and Race Wear Designer. Francis managed and directed a design team and drove creative direction and relevant strategies for all projects. Francis also led the Graphics Team and created designs, branding, and patterns for cut/sew, accessories, fleece, and board shorts. In 2014, Francis became the Art Director at Element Case, where they drove the graphic design brand direction and managed all marketing needs. Theirduties included overlooking and designing user interfaces such as web, eblast, and social media imagery, as well as overseeing photo direction, packaging, videos, and advertising. Francis also has their own design company, Francis Lerona Design, which they started in 2001.
Francis Lerona obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University between 1997 and 2001.
