Cara Pucel

Cara Pucel is an accomplished professional in product management and development, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Element Electronics since April 2019. Previously, Cara held various roles at Minnetonka Moccasin Company from July 2012 to April 2019, focusing on production and sourcing management for footwear. At Christopher & Banks, from 2006 to 2012, responsibilities included managing an $80 million product assortment and overseeing all aspects of product execution and vendor relations. Prior experience also includes roles as an Associate Buyer and Assistant Buyer, as well as a Technical Designer at Baby Boo. Cara holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Apparel Design & Development from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
