Troy Zerbe

Troy Zerbe currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Element Energy since July 2024, following a tenure as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Procurement Officer at Nanotech Energy from March 2022 to August 2024. Previous roles include Senior Vice President for Procurement & Automotive Sourcing at HARMAN International, Vice President of Advanced Sourcing and Supply Chain Management - Automotive at Flex, and Chief Procurement Officer at A123 Systems. Troy’s extensive career in supply chain management and procurement includes significant experience at Delphi, where roles encompassed managing profit and loss, global supply chain strategy, and operational excellence. Troy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
