Dor Shay

Dor Shay is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Senior Vice President at Element Fleet Management since October 2024. As a Co-Founder and CTO of autofleet since January 2018, Dor has played a pivotal role in shaping the company's direction. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Software Developer at Gett from June 2016 to December 2017 and as Co-Founder and CTO at Poob from July 2014 to June 2016. Additionally, Dor held the position of Head of Software Engineering at Bar Dayan Medical Services LTD from August 2013 to April 2016. Dor Shay received education at Ben Zvi High School from January 2010 to January 2013.
