Eve Soutar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in fleet and client services, currently serving as the Director of Fleet Partnership Solutions at Element Fleet Management since January 2013. In this role, Eve oversees a portfolio of top-tier clients and a network of over 85 fleet partners across North America, focusing on optimizing client experiences through strategic engagement and operational excellence. Previous positions at Element Fleet Management include Director of Collateral Services and Director of Customer Care, where responsibilities encompassed operational management and enhancing service delivery. Prior to Element Fleet Management, Eve held the role of Director of Equity Cash Client Processing at Morgan Stanley, managing client service teams and ensuring high-quality trade execution and risk management. Eve holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland.
