Kally Reinke

Kally Reinke has extensive experience in talent management and organization effectiveness. Kally worked at Element Fleet Management from 2020 to the present, where they held positions as Director of Talent & Organization Effectiveness and Senior Manager of Talent & Engagement. Prior to that, they worked at Mortenson from 2013 to 2020, where they served in various roles such as Talent Management Lead and Talent Management Specialist. Additionally, they worked at Dominium from 2011 to 2012 as a Human Resources/Information Technology Assistant.

Kally Reinke obtained a BA in Psychology with minors in Human Resources and Cognitive Neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Kally has additional certifications in Insights Discovery from Insights and Change Practitioner from Prosci (obtained year unknown).
