Lucy Tierney

Lucy Tierney has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Director of HR at Element Fleet Management. Previously, Lucy held the position of Senior Vice President - HR Business Partnering at Avolon and was Head of HR at Paddy Power Betfair. At BNY Mellon, Lucy occupied several roles, including Director of HR for Continental Europe and the EMEA Corporate Staff, as well as Senior HR Country Manager for Ireland and Poland. Additionally, Lucy served as HR Director at PNC. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Occupational Psychology from University College Cork.
