Steve Jastrow

Steve Jastrow has extensive work experience in various leadership and management roles. Steve started their career at Sysco, where they held roles of increasing responsibilities in inventory control. Steve then moved to GE Capital Fleet Services, where they served as an Accounting Manager and later became the North American Controller. Steve also worked as a Manager of Finance, leading the implementation of Oracle Financials. Following this, Steve joined General Electric - Fleet Services as a Strategic Consultant, where they provided technical and analytical support to the sales team and managed large operational and service projects. Steve then joined GE Capital as a Business Development Leader, responsible for creating growth strategies and executing strategic plans. After that, Steve worked at Element Financial Corporation as the Director of Strategic Consulting, Data & Analytics, where they led Consulting Services and developed strategies for new business development. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President Client Advisory & Analytics at Element Fleet Management, leading a team of analytics professionals and driving high-performing results.

Steve Jastrow completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Mathematics and Physics at Lakewood Community College from 1987 to 1990. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting at Metro State University from 2001 to 2005.
