Gina Kreipe-Pflüger

Gina Kreipe-Pflüger has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Gina is currently working at ELEMENT Insurance AG as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager since June 2023.

Prior to this, Gina worked at Nuri as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager from July 2021 to October 2022. At Nuri, they played a role in empowering people to save and grow money, bridging the gap between old and new financial systems through financial technology and blockchain.

Before Nuri, Gina was associated with finleap from September 2016 to June 2021, serving as a Recruiting Manager and later as a Candidate Experience Manager. During their time at finleap, Gina contributed to reshaping the way consumers and enterprises manage their finances by developing fintech companies and expanding the ecosystem.

Gina's earlier work experience includes a role as an Executive Assistant at Brauhaus GEORGBRÄU e.K. from October 2014 to September 2016.

Gina Kreipe-Pflüger earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from European-University Viadrina, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Gina then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, Gina obtained a certification in "Arbeitsrecht Kompakt" from IHK Berlin in March 2019. In 2012, they briefly attended Malmö University, but it is unclear if they obtained a degree or completed any specific field of study from there.
