Jan Kaiser

Jan Kaiser has a strong background in software development and engineering. Jan is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at ELEMENT Insurance AG since December 2021. Previously, they worked at the same company as a Lead Software Engineer from October 2017 to December 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Team Lead Software Development at BurdaForward from October 2016 to September 2017. Jan also worked as a Senior Software Developer at the same company from April 2015 to October 2016. Before joining BurdaForward, Jan worked as a Software Developer at Finanzen100 GmbH from 2008 to 2015 and as a Backend Developer at Interactive Data from 2001 to 2008.

Jan Kaiser attended Leipzig University from 1993 to 2000, where they obtained a diploma in Sociology.
