Ciara Lakhani is an experienced HR professional and executive coach with a diverse career spanning multiple industries. Ciara served as an Advisor at Uppercase HR, contributing to the development of an innovative performance management app, and currently holds the position of Founder, Executive Coach, and Consultant at Elevate People. As an Advisor at Hone, Ciara supports large-scale live learning initiatives, and as Group Chief People & Culture Officer at Element Logic®, Ciara oversees people and culture strategies. Additionally, Ciara contributes as an Advisor and Founding Member at Knoetic, and as part of the Advisory Board at Incompass Labs, which focuses on enhancing performance reviews through AI. Previous roles include Chief People Officer at Dashlane and Global Head of HR for GE's Tax function, among others.
