Maria Chatzipanteli

Maria Chatzipanteli serves as the Group Chief People & Culture Officer at XM and Trading.com US since October 2013, where responsibilities include developing and implementing people and culture strategies aligned with business goals and leading organizational transformation initiatives to enhance employee engagement. Prior to these roles, Maria Chatzipanteli was the Human Resources Manager at the Mediterranean Hospital of Cyprus from December 2009 to October 2013, where notable changes in ownership occurred. Earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Consultant at PwC Cyprus from September 2007 to December 2009 and as Personnel Manager at Orphanides Public Company Ltd from February 2007 to September 2007. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Leeds and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Cyprus.
