Bilge Guzelocak has extensive experience in the logistics and maritime sectors, having served as the president of Element Logistics since January 2001, where the company has significantly expanded since its establishment in Izmir in 2002. Prior to this role, Bilge Guzelocak was the general manager at P&O Nedlloyd from January 1997 to December 2001 and managed customer service and operations at NYK Line between May 1994 and December 1996. The career began as an assistant food manager aboard Cunard Line vessels from January 1990 to May 1992, which provided opportunities to travel globally. Bilge Guzelocak holds degrees from Anadolu University and Mithatpaşa Endustri ve Teknik Lisesi.
