Darin Sears is a seasoned VP of Operations and Mortgage Loan Originator at Element Mortgage, where they have been serving since 2014. With extensive experience in mortgage processing, Darin previously held senior positions at Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, Big Valley Mortgage, and GMAC Mortgage. They began their career in the mortgage industry in 1994 and have consistently excelled as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor. Darin studied at Sierra College from 1988 to 1991.
