Michael Silberman

Michael Silberman is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in property acquisitions and management. As Co-Founder and Principal of Element Property Company since January 2018, Michael oversees daily operations, including deal sourcing, due diligence, debt financing, and asset management for over 5,000 units in various renovation stages. Prior to this, as Acquisitions Director at Olympus Property from January 2011 to March 2015, Michael led a transactions team, successfully completing 20 acquisitions across eight states, with a total value of approximately $700 million. Michael's career began as Acquisitions Manager at Bascom Group from August 2006 to December 2010, managing the entire acquisition process and tracking portfolio performance in key markets. Michael holds a degree in Economics from Colby College, earned in 2005.
