Erica Leathers (Brennan)

Erica Leathers (Brennan) has an extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Erica most recently joined Chief in the UK as a Founding Member, where they aim to drive more women into positions of power. Prior to that, Erica served as the Chief Financial Officer at Element Six. Erica also held various CFO positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, and New Zealand. Erica has also worked as the Finance Director at SD Worx UK & Ireland and Dun & Bradstreet. Additionally, they have held roles at Nortel as a Controller and Senior Finance Manager. Throughout their career, Erica has been responsible for financial management, commercial support, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic leadership. Erica has implemented cost-saving measures, facilitated business acquisitions, and ensured compliance with financial regulations. Erica has a strong track record of driving financial success and providing valuable insights to senior management teams.

Erica Leathers (Brennan) completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Economics at Bishop's University, from 1993 to 1997. Erica then pursued further education and obtained the Certified Management Accountant of Ontario (CPA, CMA) qualification by the year 2000.
