Richard Balmer is an experienced professional with a robust background in product development, research, and team leadership within the materials science and technology sectors. Currently serving as Product Development Lead at Element Six since February 2006, Richard has made significant contributions to innovation in various applications including Oil & Gas, Automotive, and Semiconductor markets. As a former Senior Research Scientist at QinetiQ, Richard specialized in epitaxial growth of III-V materials, authoring over 50 scientific publications.
