Tshepo Komane

Tshepo Komane is an experienced production leader with a strong background in engineering and team management. Currently serving as Production Lead and Production Superintendent at Element Six since January 2018, Tshepo leads a team focused on executing production plans, implementing World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles, and driving innovation. Prior experience includes a role as Mechanical Engineering Technician at Continental and various supervisory positions at PFG Building Glass, where responsibilities encompassed staff supervision, maintenance planning, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Tshepo holds a National N Diploma in Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering from Ekurhuleni East College and completed Matric with a focus on Science at Makgoka High.
