Geetha Anchalkar

Geetha Anchalkar, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a progression of roles in various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Element Solutions Inc since March 2025, Geetha has previously held positions such as HR/Recruitment Coordinator at OXGENE, Human Resources Administrator at Simon Hegele Logistics and Service Ltd, and HR Co-Ordinator at Helen & Douglas House. With a background in recruitment, including roles in IT recruitment, Geetha has built expertise through various HR positions starting from a Learning and Development Admin at CCFE to an IT Recruiter at DynproIndia and a Consultant at 3i-Infotech. Geetha holds CIPD Level 5 qualifications in Human Resources Management from Abingdon and Witney College and a CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources from AITEC, complemented by a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science.
