Mark Dalessandro

Mark Dalessandro, MS, currently serves as Senior Manager of Learning & Development at Element Solutions Inc, a position held since November 2023. Previously, at the LEGO Group from December 2015 to December 2023, Mark advanced through roles including Training & Education Manager and Global Training Manager, where responsibilities included evaluating training needs, providing organizational leadership for global learning initiatives, and supervising learning management systems. In earlier positions at Bloomsburg University and Salisbury University, Mark focused on developing training content and promoting academic excellence within student affairs, ultimately overseeing staff recruitment, training, and operations.
