Yvonne Ong

Yvonne Ong is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead for the APAC region at Element Solutions Inc since January 2022, focusing on the specialty chemical sector. Prior to this role, Yvonne held various positions including Talent Acquisition Manager at RGE, overseeing corporate headquarters recruitment, and Director of Executive Search at GSI Executive Search, specializing in senior management placements across diverse industries in the Asia Pacific region. Additional experience includes managing senior level recruitment teams at GMP Recruitment Services and serving as a Consultant in finance and commerce. Yvonne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Edinburgh Napier University and has studied at the Singapore Human Resource Institute.
