Sanjay Thapliyal

Sanjay Thapliyal is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Business Partner for APAC and India at element14 Electronics since February 2024. Previously, Sanjay held the position of AGM Human Resource South at DTDC Express Limited, managing the HR function for the South Zone. Sanjay's career includes significant roles such as Zonal HR Head and General Manager HR at LG Hausys, Senior Human Resources Manager at Rhiti Sports Management, and AM - HR at Ahluwalia Contracts, where extensive HR functions were overseen. An MBA in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's in Commerce from Delhi University further underpin Sanjay’s expertise in strategic HRM, talent management, and employee engagement.
