Jenn Crenshaw, DBA, MSHR

Jenn Crenshaw has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources and academia. Jenn has worked as Chief People Officer at Element3 Health since 2023 and as Thesis Supervisor & Course Leader at upGrad since 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Talent & Culture Coach at Regroup Coaching & Mediation starting from 2016. From 2019 to 2023, they held the position of Chief People Officer at Prospero Health, leading human capital strategy and execution. Jenn also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Emory University - Goizueta Business School in 2019.

Before joining Prospero Health, Jenn served as Vice President of Human Resources at Anthem, Inc. from 2014 to 2018, where they led a team of HR generalists and was responsible for integrating M&As. Jenn was also an Adjunct Professor at Florida International University from 2013 to 2016, teaching courses in human capital strategy.

Earlier in their career, Jenn was an Entrepreneur at GlobeHopper Coffeehouse & Lounge from 2008 to 2015. Jenn also served as Chief Human Resources Officer at New Signature from 2012 to 2014 and as Vice President of Human Resources, North America at Burger King Corporation from 2007 to 2012.

Building upon their foundational knowledge, they then pursued further education at Villanova University from 1997 to 1999, completing a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Jenn enrolled in Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business from 2017 to 2020. During this period, they obtained a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General.

Additionally, Jenn has participated in various professional development programs and obtained several certifications. Notably, in 2011, they completed the Center for Leadership - High Potential Leader Program at Florida International University. Jenn also acquired certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci in January 2023.
