Mayrav Saar has a long and varied career in the communications and health care industries. Mayrav began their career in 1997 as a Humor Columnist and Health Care Reporter at The Orange County Register. In 2006, they became Co-Editor of mediabistro.com's Los Angeles media industry blog, FishbowlLA. In 2007, they were a Freelance Fashion Police Blogger for NBCUniversal, Inc. and a Contributing Editor for Niche Media's LA Confidential Magazine. From 2009 to 2011, they were Board of Rabbis Director of Programing, Events, Communications and Media Strategy at The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Content Strategist and Consultant for New York Times, L.A. Times Magazine, E! Online, New York Post, Us Weekly, and Cornerstone Communications. From 2013 to 2015, they were Vice President of Health Care at Cornerstone Communications - Irvine. From 2018 to 2021, they were Vice President of Marketing at Element3 Health. Most recently, they have been a Content Consultant for OutcomeMD since 2021.
Mayrav Saar attended Calabasas High School before graduating with a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in journalism from Northwestern University in 1995.
