Juan Galindo is a Mass Timber Structural Designer at Element5, focusing on the structural design and detailing of mass timber structures since May 2024. Prior to this role, Juan served as Assistant Manager at Vector Marketing from October 2022 to January 2024, where responsibilities included training new sales representatives, which contributed to significant annual office sales, and recruiting over 50 applicants through online interviews. Juan also excelled as a Sales Representative, achieving over $85,000 in personal sales and ranking as the #1 student-rep across Canada for three consecutive campaigns. Earlier experience includes roles as a Construction Assistant at Hickory Dickory Decks, an Engineering Intern at Langtree Controls, and an Office Assistant at Bluewater Health. Juan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Western University, completed in April 2024.
