The current leadership team at Elemental Coatings has a wide range of experience in different industries. Many of them have worked as consultants at large firms, such as ATP and McKinsey & Company. Others have experience in academia, like being a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard School of Engineering and Applied Sciences or being a Cullen Associate Professor at University of Houston. The team also has experience in the tech industry, like being an Artificial Intelligence Engineer in Failure Analysis at Intel Corporation. All this experience gives the team a well-rounded perspective when it comes to making decisions for the company.
