Chris Chang

Chris Chang is an experienced professional in project and program management, currently serving as the Director of Portfolio Experience at Elemental Impact since November 2020. Previously, Chris held various roles at Techstars from June 2015 to October 2020, including Portfolio Manager and Senior Accelerator Program Mentor, overseeing projects and mentors in accelerator programs. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Manager for UP Global, managing community development programs across the Southwest USA. Chris Chang holds a Master’s Degree in Entrepreneurship and Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, both from the University of San Francisco, along with a diploma from Punahou School.
