Sergey Lobko-Lobanovsky

Sergey Lobko-Lobanovsky is a technology leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the ad tech and software development industries. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of ElementalTV since September 2020, Sergey transitioned to a full-time role to drive technical innovation. Prior to ElementalTV, Sergey held CEO positions at Adoppler and geomotiv, where responsibilities included managing enterprise digital media sales solutions and serving high-profile clients within the US media industry. Sergey's career began at Logic Software, where a range of roles culminated in a senior position overseeing software development projects. Sergey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Belaruski Nacyjanal'ny Tehnièny Universitet and a degree in Linguistics from Minsk State Linguistic University.
