Rey Ordiales has extensive experience in the personal care industry, currently serving as Technical Service Manager for Antiperspirant Technologies at Elementis Global since February 2018. Prior to this role, Rey worked at Colgate Palmolive from September 1998 to December 2017, progressing from Associate Scientist to Technical Associate. During this tenure, Rey led and commercialized R&D projects for antiperspirants and deodorants across multiple regions, including Europe, Latin America, and the United States, while collaborating with various stakeholders. Rey is proficient in formulation science and experimental design, demonstrating a strong capability in developing innovative deodorant and antiperspirant products.
