Nadav Chomed is the Head of Customer Experience at Elementor. Nadav has over 10 years of experience in customer service and support.

Nadav started their career as a customer service representative for a small software company. Nadav then moved on to become a support manager for a larger software company. In January 2019, Nadav became the Director of Support for Datorama, a Salesforce Company. In this role, Nadav was responsible for leading the Tiers 2 & 3 support department which comprised of 4 different teams across 5 countries (Israel, UK, US, Australia and Japan). Nadav was in charge of setting goals and KPIs in order to give excellent support to Datorama and Salesforce customers across the globe. Nadav also acted as the Technical SME for all related Incidents /security management process with Salesforces executives.

In November 2020, Nadav left Datorama to become the Head of Customer Experience at Elementor. In this role, Nadav is responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer support and ensuring that Elementor customers have the best possible experience.

Nadav Chomed received an engineer's degree in industrial engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Nadav then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in organizational behavior studies from Peres Academic Center.

Nadav Chomed reports to Yoni Luksenberg, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Eran Alon - VP, Product Marketing, Yakir Sitbon - Co-Founder & Chief Architect, and Omer Dikman - Head of Growth Marketing.
