Alina Bugayova

Alina Bugayova is a Business Development Manager at Elementum Energy, where responsibilities include project coordination, contract negotiations, communication management, and documentation oversight for the Dnistrovska WPP Phase II project. Previously, Alina served as Contract Manager, overseeing O&M contracts for multiple renewable energy projects. At STC "ENPASELECTRO," Alina worked as an Economist on Contract Management and Analysis, handling contract preparation, budget forecasting, and stakeholder negotiations. Alina's early career included a role as Assistant to the Director at the Public Organization "CIGRE Ukraine," focusing on budget management and administrative tasks. Alina holds a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
