Bridget Marshall

Bridget Marshall has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Bridget currently holds the position of Human Resource Director at ELEMIS. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Coach and People Consultant at Motivate and Aspire Ltd. Bridget also served as an HR Consultant at Young Foodies and as an HR Director for the UK & Ireland at Twinings, where they implemented an HR strategy to drive people performance and positively impact business profitability. Additionally, Bridget has held leadership roles as a Global HR Director at Danisco and Genencor, as well as an HR Business Partner at Genzyme. Bridget began their career as an HR Manager at Porsche Cars GB Ltd.

From 1997 to 2000, Bridget Marshall attended the University of Gloucestershire. During this time, they pursued a Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) postgraduate degree.
