Dave Higham

Dave Higham currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Global Supply Chain Director at ELEMIS since November 2022. Prior to this role, Dave held multiple positions at LEGO Group from March 2018 to October 2022, culminating as Senior Director of Supply Chain Innovation, where responsibility included delivering transformational supply chain solutions. Earlier experience includes serving as Lead Consultant - Supply Chain at Crimson & Co from April 2017 to March 2018, focusing on supply chain transformation projects, and a significant tenure at Unilever from September 2004 to March 2017. At Unilever, Dave advanced through various roles, including Global Supply Chain Program Director for Oral Care, overseeing major toothpaste brands and developing long-term supply chain strategies. Dave holds a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, obtained from 2000 to 2004.
