Lilian Jen

Lilian Jen has a strong background in the beauty and hospitality industry. Lilian is currently working as the Brand Director at ELEMIS since 2021. Prior to that, they held several positions at 美詩羅陀集團, including Senior Marketing Manager for Estee Lauder & Tom Ford Beauty from 2013 to 2022, Marketing Manager for Estee Lauder from 2016 to 2020, Senior Product Manager in 2016, and Product Manager from 2013 to 2015. Before joining 美詩羅陀集團, Lilian worked as an Assistant Product Manager at L'Oréal from 2011 to 2013 and as an Assistant Sales and Product Manager at Luxasia from 2008 to 2011. Lilian started their career at Miramar Garden Taipei as an Assistant Sales Manager from 2005 to 2007.

Lilian Jen pursued their Master's degree in Marketing Communication from the University of Birmingham from 2007 to 2008.
